Aircraft & Fuel Fees
Important Information
All fees listed below are VAT inclusive.
Fees can be paid in the airport office or online – click here to pay online.
All charges must be paid in full prior to departure from the airfield. If the operations team has to chase for a late payment, it will incur an administration charge of £25.00.
Operators that wish to be invoiced should contact the office in advance, where a member of the finance team will assist – click here.

Our Fees
Visiting Aircraft Landing Fees
The below fees are for visiting aircraft who are not permanently based at Wolverhampton Halfpenny Green Airport.
Please note, weight is based on maximum takeoff weight (MTOW).
- Fixed wing aircraft up to 600kg: £12.00
- Fixed wing above 600kg and below 1,700kg: £18.00
- Fixed wing aircraft above 1,701kg and below 2,999kg: £32.40
- Fixed wing aircraft above 3,000kg and below 3,999kg: £78.00
- Aircraft weighing above 4,000kg will need to pay an additional fee per tonne: £28.80
- Single engine helicopters: FREE!
- Twin engine helicopters: £25.00
Fuel & Oil Fees

Fuel
- AVGAS 100 LL: £1.85 per litre
- JET F-35: £1.13 per litre
- JET F-34: £1.13 per litre
UL91 is no longer available
Oil
- S80 & S100 Oil: £10.86 per bottle
- W80, W100, D80 & D100 Oil: £12.60 per bottle
- 15W/50 Oil: £13.27 per bottle
ROTORS RUNNING REFUEL FEES
Any rotors running refuel will incur a £24.00 surcharge.
Any rotors running refuel outside published RRR hours may incur additional charges.

Touch & Go Fees
The below fees are for visiting aircraft who wish to undergo a small amount of touch and goes.
For visitors wishing to fly several circuits, it is recommended to purchase a circuit package (option below) instead.
Please note, weight is based on maximum takeoff weight (MTOW).
- Per Touch & Go for aircraft below 1,700kg: £10.80
- Per Touch & Go for aircraft above 1,701kg and below 2,999kg: £16.80
- Per Touch & Go for aircraft above 3,000kg and below 3,999kg: £20.40
- For aircraft above 4,000kg, speak to airport management to request a quote
Circuit Packages
Circuit packages include one full stop landing and unlimited touch and goes.
You will be required to pay for a second circuit package if you initiate further circuits (after already completing several circuits) and complete more than one full stop landing.

- Package for aircraft weighing up to 1,700kg: £48.00
- Package for aircraft above 1,701kg and below 2,999kg: £78.00
- Package for aircraft above 3,000kg and below 3,999kg: £102.00
- For aircraft above 4,000kg, speak to airport management to request a quote
Pilot Controlled Lighting
Pilot controlled lighting will become available to use in early 2026.
Night Flying
Night flying will cost £30.00 per flight. This cost is for each flight. Starting another flight or sending students solo will incur an additional night flying charge.

Overnight Parking Fees
Parking aircraft overnight incurs a fee. How much the fee is depends on the aircraft weight and the price is determined by that aircraft’s landing fee.
- Grass Parking: 50% of the landing fee price
- Hard Apron Parking: 100% of the landing fee price
- For overnight hangarage, speak to the airport office to request a quote
Hangarage Fees
For hangarage, whether short term or long term, speak to the airport office to request for a quote.
Hangarage is available at competitive rates and there are limited spaces remaining.
Watch Extension Fees
Watch extensions are where you request to extend opening hours of the airfield, either to receive an ATS service and/or RFFS CAT I / II / III service.
Full-service requests to extend the airfield opening hours must be received a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Additional fees may be applied if cancelled within the 24-hour notification period.
Additional fees may be applied if there are short-term changes to the schedule, which result in a longer watch extension being required or staff working longer than required due to a schedule change.
All watch extensions are subject to management approval first and bookings are not automatically approved. For more information, contact the air traffic team.
Watch Extension Fees
- Option 1: Unlicensed aerodrome with air traffic services; includes ATS & Runway Lights. No fire cover is included: £108.00 per hour
- Option 2: Licensed aerodrome with air traffic services and CAT I RFFS; includes ATS, Runway Lights and 2 Fire Crew: £216.00 per hour
- Option 3: Licensed aerodrome with air traffic services and CAT II RFFS; includes ATS, Runway Lights and 3 Fire Crew: £324.00 per hour
Resident Aircraft Fees
Resident fees are for aircraft permanently based at Wolverhampton Halfpenny Green Airport only.

Block Landing Fees
- Microlight monthly: £43.20 per month
- (NONE SYNDICATE) Aircraft below 1,700kg: £60.00 per month
- (SYNDICATE) Aircraft below 1,700kg: Starting from £102.00 per month
- Aircraft above 1,700kg: Starting from £144.00 per month
Monthly Parking Fees
- Grass Parking: £102.00 per month
- Hardstanding – Single Engine Aircraft: £156.00 per month
- Hardstanding – Twin Engine Aircraft: £192.00 per month
